The project

Food company in Monterrey, leader in the field of desserts, cakes and fine confectionery.

Our mission

We carried out an organizational analysis of the Labor Environment, the methodology we applied was a face-to-face and physical hybrid scheme with two main areas:


  • Digital surveys / written to 100% of the population
  • Personal interviews tailored to the company


A sample of 10% participated in this analysis, representing 1,400 participants in a main plant and its more than 50 branches.

Part of the intention of this analysis was to know which were the points that could be improved to have a better environment for its collaborators.
