We carried out an organizational analysis of the Labor Environment, the methodology we applied was a face-to-face and physical hybrid scheme with two main areas:
- Digital surveys / written to 100% of the population
- Personal interviews tailored to the company
A sample of 10% participated in this analysis, representing 1,400 participants in a main plant and its more than 50 branches.
Part of the intention of this analysis was to know which were the points that could be improved to have a better environment for its collaborators.
