Our mission
We implemented the recruitment know-how to find the best talent for the construction of the park, starting in phases that ranged from mapping the availability of talent in the surrounding area, access to universities and study centers. One of the biggest challenges was sharing with the collaborators the magnitude and impact of the project, which helped to create greater commitment on the part of the team. Ending with a hiring of 450 collaborators for 6 months.
