The majority of these properties (55%) are located in the north (Baja California, Tamaulipas, and Nuevo León), a region with high levels of industrial activity due to nearshoring, while the rest are distributed in the central (12%) and Bajío (13%) regions.
“The insufficiency of kVAs can lead to issues such as overloads, power outages, and damage to machinery and equipment, which ultimately cause operational and productivity problems, undermining the profitability of investments,” according to SiiLA’s analysis.
